Over the years I have collected tips and tricks that help me get more sleep and wake up refreshed. It just makes sense to utilize those precious hours and use them to your full advantage! Save time in the morning and you get to sleep in! Here's the routine.
1. Shower before bed, exfoliate and relax. This will get you ready for sweet dreams.
2. Apply deodorant, this actually works better than applying in the am your skin is calm and dry at night so the deodorant absorbs better into the sweat ducts.
3. Moisturize like mad! Face and Body. As your body recovers during sleep it will thank you for the extra help!
TIPS:
- If you would like to wake up with a glow use a self tanner.
- If you're feeling a bit frizzy, sleep with a deep conditioner on your hair.
- Use a lip scrub to exfoliate then moisturize your lips with a heavy balm.
4. While your hair is still damp, pull it up into a top knot, twist and secure with a bobby pin. This will give you a beautiful wave in the morning!

5. Dry Skin-game changer! A humidifier may just change your life! Turn one on while you sleep (works better in cold months when the air is drier) and let it moisturize your lovely self. It fills the air with moisture, which in turn plumps your skin and keeps it hydrated.
